Used to go every week when I worked in Doncaster. Best chippy in town by a mile. Not been for a couple of years, popped in last night for a fish special. Still as brilliant as I remembered. Peters mini fish is as big as most chippys standard fish. Just the best. Enjoy.

Came here for the first time yesterday after hearing such good reviews. It didn't disappoint! The fish & chips was definitely one of the best I've ever tasted! The batter especially was delicious! Highly recommended, will definitely be returning. My new favourite place for fish n chips in Doncaster.

Use this chip shop regularly. It's a small shop, looks basic from the outside especially compared to the neon lit chip shop 100yds away, but the food is better, cheaper (almost half the price) and the couple that run it are very friendly. Only open Wed-Sat 5pm-9pm and only take cash, not card but well worth a visit.

By far the best chippy I have ever had. The chips are amazing and the fish is more like a whale, the batter is also amazing. Fish cakes are huge and very tasty. The owners are lovely too, couldnt be better.

Absolutely excellent service by Paul and Alice. We go every week. Best fish and chips in the world. They are both lovely friendly people. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else.... My granddaughter is a very fussy eater so when we ask her what she wants she will say Peter's Crispy Cod.... Platinum service and food.... 😁😊👍😋
